This form of giving can be done overnight with no upfront costs to your charity or group.   • Your Supporter simply donates any unused gift card, ( any amount ), to the charity.
  • 80% of cards can be processed electronically which makes it a very convenient form of giving and this can be done thru the Alternative Fundraising Solution website which you are on.
  • Charity Fundraising Solutions processes the gift cards and forwards the proceeds to the charity. Ninety percent of what the gift card sold for goes to the charity. We retain 10% as an administrative fee. We sell the cards thru the secondary gift card market so obviously we do not get 100% of the face value. The amount each card sells for is based on the popularity of that store at any given time in the marketplace. Because of our volume we secure the highest values in the industry.
  • Payments are received by the charity within 2-5 business days
  • The charity is provided with a spreadsheet with all the transaction information so they can send the supporter a donation receipt.
